Greg Giunta
Manager, Regulatory Affairs & Counsel
Greg Giunta is SEIA’s Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Counsel, where he assists energy matters critical to the solar industry before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Regional Transmission Organizations. Before joining SEIA, Greg served as an Honors Attorney at the U.S. Department of Energy, working on legal and policy initiatives to advance energy development.
A Marine Corps veteran, Greg spent six years as an Infantry Officer before transitioning to a career in environmental law. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech and his J.D. from the University of Oregon, with a concentration in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Greg lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and chocolate lab. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, backpacking, and just about anything outdoors.
