Experts ranging from energy economists, renewable experts, and health professionals submitted testimony detailing significant flaws in DTE’s proposal.

SEIA Commends New York State for Signing Historic Renewable Energy Mandate into Law
Washington, D.C.—Today, Governor Cuomo signed the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act into law, one of the most aggressive renewable energy mandates in the United States.
