Nora Zacharski
Manager, Grassroots Engagement
Nora is the Grassroots Engagement Manager at SEIA. In this role, she is responsible for growing SEIA’s grassroot and grasstops advocacy efforts at the state, local, and federal levels. She also supports SEIA’s community engagement work.
Before coming to SEIA, Nora worked at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), as the Press Secretary, overseeing all media relationships and external communications. Prior to that, she worked at the American Clean Power Association as the Advocacy Communications Manager, where she ran the grassroots program and supported digital and advocacy communication campaigns.
She has her Master’s in Political Communications from American University, and her Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies, with minors in Communication and Narrative Journalism, from Denison University.
She is a proud Midwesterner, and in her free time, she likes to hike, read, cook, and travel.
