Regional Development Manager, Northeast
Necole Stravino is SEIA’s Regional Business Development Manager for the Northeast. In this role, she leads member growth and engagement across the region, driving new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing members. She works closely with companies across the solar and storage value chain to align SEIA membership with their strategic goals.
Necole partners with the Business Development team to support revenue growth, member retention, and high-impact engagement initiatives. She collaborates cross-functionally with internal leadership to deliver tailored membership experiences, identify industry trends, and expand SEIA’s presence in key Northeast markets. Necole is from the Philippines and has a B.A. in Business Management from Goucher College (Baltimore). She has traveled to multiple countries and immersed herself in diverse cultures, gaining invaluable insights that fuel her passion for making a meaningful impact.
