Necole Stravino is SEIA’s Manager of Development/Member Retention. She is responsible for supporting business opportunities and assisting the SEIA Business Development Department. She focuses on meeting retention goals and implementing member-first strategies. Necole collaborates with the Director of Business Development Operations and SVP of Sales/Business Development to assist with member service activities, report generation, and retention calls as needed.
Necole is from the Philippines and has a B.A. in Business Management from Goucher College (Baltimore). She has traveled to multiple countries and immersed herself in diverse cultures, gaining invaluable insights that fuel her passion for making a meaningful impact.
