GIS Technician
Mark Agard was raised in Vancouver, Washington and received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University where he majored in Science, Technology, and International Affairs and minored in French. Prior to joining SEIA, he supported the U.S Census Bureau as a GIS Technician.
In his free time, Mark enjoys reading, kickboxing, and (very slowly) learning languages.
