Gus Rapoza
Coordinator, Executive Events
Augusta “Gus” Rapoza is SEIA’s Executive Events Coordinator, where she supports the Events Team on in-office events, as well as offsite congressional events. She brings a deep passion for planning and executing memorable events, with a strong background in hospitality and corporate event services. Prior to joining SEIA, she spent three years at Meta (Facebook) as a Catering Manager and Front of House Supervisor, where she oversaw large-scale corporate events and daily operations. Her career began in the restaurant and hotel industry, where she rose through the ranks from server to management, ultimately becoming an Assistant Event Coordinator.
Outside of work, Gus is an avid soccer player and proudly serves as a captain of multiple teams with the Federal Triangles Soccer Club (FTSC), an LGBTQ+ soccer organization, where she also contributes as the Communications Officer on the board. At home, she enjoys the company of her two dignified and delightful cats, Carly Simon and Milo VentiMeowlio. A true foodie, she loves cooking and eating—especially her favorite dish, linguini with white clam sauce.
