As Vice President of Equity and Workforce Development, Erika leads various efforts to improve diversity, equity and inclusion within SEIA's membership and industries, and to build and maintain the workforce needed meet demand ahead for deploying solar, storage, and related technologies.

Erika has focused on green jobs training and advocacy since 2008. Erika joined SEIA after 7 years at GRID Alternatives where she played a critical role in the growth of their solar workforce development programming and participated as a leader within GRIDs internal and external diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.  

Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Sciences from Wellesley College. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with her wife and daughter.
