Director of Business Development Operations
Christina Brooks is SEIA’s Director of Business Development Operations, leading Salesforce strategy and system improvements to support organizational growth. As part of the Business Development department, she focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining data integrity, and streamlining processes to enhance overall operations. She collaborates with leadership to implement strategic solutions, support revenue-generating initiatives, and equip the team with the tools and insights needed for success.
With over a decade at SEIA, Christina has played a key role in driving operational efficiencies and improving systems to support the organization’s growth. She brings extensive experience in operations, technology services, sales, and customer service. Before joining SEIA, she managed operations for a century-old trade association focused on cooperative businesses and international development, worked as a contractor for the U.S. Department of the Interior on technology and operations, and managed high-volume production and R&D coating systems for CSP and Solar Thermal applications in Colorado.
Based outside of Charlottesville, VA, Christina is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and support SEIA’s mission.
