Ariana Johnson brings a dynamic background in human resources, employee relations, and operational leadership across diverse sectors including healthcare, veterinary services, and funeral care. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the District of Columbia, she combines deep empathy with strategic HR expertise to foster inclusive, compliant, and engaging work environments.
In previous roles, Ariana has led HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, onboarding, policy development, PTO and leave administration, and compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA. Ariana has also developed and delivered employee relations strategies, conducted workplace investigations, led DEIB initiatives, and executed company-wide communications and employee engagement programs. Known for streamlining processes and enhancing employee experiences, Ariana also has a strong track record in project management, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and participating in fun activities that bring people together. Ariana believes that great HR is rooted in connection, curiosity, and compassion.
