Ann Wang Senior Director, Human Resources Ann Wang, SHRM-SCP, brings over 15 years of dynamic human resources experience, including serving as a trusted solo HR practitioner across multiple organizations. She leads the full spectrum of HR functions—from human capital and benefits strategy to employee engagement, relations, performance management, onboarding, and strategic partnership with leadership—ensuring both people and organizations thrive.
In addition to her corporate expertise, Ann serves as HR Advisor and Immediate Past President for the DC chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, where she continues to support and shape the local HR community.
Ann holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. Outside of work, she channels her curiosity into traveling, exploring new restaurants, and discovering new flavors. When she’s not planning her next adventure, you can find her enjoying a movie or TV binge, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, or keeping up with the fast-paced world of Formula 1.
