Amelia Whiting Director, Regulatory Affairs & Counsel Amelia Whiting is the Director, Regulatory Affairs & Counsel at SEIA. In this role, she represents SEIA on tax policy before federal agencies. Before coming to SEIA, Amelia spent two years as an associate at a New Jersey law firm advising clients on environmental matters. Prior to that, Amelia served as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Department of Energy.
Amelia holds a B.S. in Community, Environment, and Development from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She resides in New Jersey. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys running, playing tennis, and reading.
