Solar Energy Development Policy

This Instruction Memorandum (IM) establishes policy for the processing of right-of-way applications for solar energy development projects on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and evaluating the feasibility of installing solar energy systems on BLM administrative facilities and projects.
