“With the Inflation Reduction Act, we’re seeing that there are so many offshoots of opportunities… We now have 10 years of predictability around a tax credit. So you can get the resources to build an infrastructure for 10 years, where in the past, you’d have to hope that there’d be an extension at the end of a certain year. And there was a lot of stopping and starting. So it’s been pretty powerful.”
