SEIA has launched a new a tool to help member companies address hiring needs in near vicinity to your upcoming projects.
Community colleges, technical colleges and two-year certificate programs play a key role in training and building the variety of workers needed by the solar and storage industries. These include electricians, PV installers, construction workers, equipment operators, carpenters, project managers and more.
SEIA members can access our interactive map with more than 1400 institutions across the US. The map provides links to their career offices for your hiring and job fair purposes and highlights solar-relevant programming for each institution for you to connect with for your curriculum and/or upskilling needs. You can zoom in on the map to see locations of nearby airports, building/campus footprints and other important sites to help you plan for your hiring needs and trips.
