The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) recently issued questionnaires for producers, importers, and purchasers of CSPV cells and modules in connection with the ongoing antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) investigations with respect to Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam (“Solar III”).  The responses to these questionnaires will inform the ITC’s decision as to whether the domestic CSPV cell and module industry is “injured” (economically harmed) or threatened with injury by reason of imports and thus whether AD/CVD duties should be imposed.

The questionnaires are an extremely important opportunity to provide accurate information to the ITC and ensure that its analysis is reflective of current solar market dynamics.
