Connecticut’s Residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program implemented a new mandatory Annual Compliance Filing requirement which includes filing disclosure forms, marketing materials & sales training, and information on financial benefits for customers. However, many contractors may not be aware of all the requirements, how to actually make the filing correctly, and the April 1, 2025 deadline. Penalties for failing to make this required filing could include suspension from the program. Join SEIA, Connecticut’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, and member companies to learn about what is required in the annual filing, the mechanics of how to make the filing for your business, and how you can continue selling rooftop systems in Connecticut.
