FAC Update: Commence Construction Ask

As discussed on Tuesday's call, we are encouraging our member companies to touch base with their Senators with the ask of adding the following text to their individual letters to the Senate Finance Committee.

In July 2013, the CPUC issued its annual report on the progress of the California Solar Initiative, showing that the program has installed 66 percent of its total goal, with another 19 percent reserved in pending projects.
