Form EIA-860 for Utility-Scale Plant Owners and Operators

Any owners or operators of grid-connected solar plants greater than 1 MW must complete Form EIA-860 by February 29^th.

Forms should be submitted for recently completed projects, projects under construction, and projects for which financing has already been secured. Contact [email protected] with questions.
