Scott Greenler
As the Legislative Campaign Liaison for SEIA, Scott works with SEIA’s member companies to help them engage with Congress and advocate for federal policies to advance the solar industry and accelerate the clean energy transition. Scott brings experience from grassroots engagement, clean energy lobbying, and campaign field organizing at the local, state and federal levels. Prior to his work at SEIA, Scott served as a clean energy lobbyist with the Friends Committee on National Legislation, Engagement Specialist with Solar United Neighbors, and completed three campaign cycles in Colorado.
Charles Bolden
As the Senior Director of Congressional Affairs, Charles leads SEIA’s energy and carbon portfolio. Charles started off his career in politics working for Congressman Danny K. Davis of Illinois as a fellow. Prior to joining SEIA, Charles previously served several roles in Representative Robin Kelly’s office, most recently as her energy advisor, including helping to lead an Energy and Commerce Committee round table on diversity in the energy industry. With 6 years of Capitol Hill experience, he has a deep network with strong relationships on both sides of the aisle.
Jeremy Woodrum
Jeremy Woodrum is Senior Director of Congressional Affairs for the Solar Energy Industries Association. He lobbies Congress on a range of policies impacting the solar industry with a focus on tax and financing as well as overall legislative efforts.
Erin Duncan
Erin Duncan is SEIA’s Vice President Of Congressional Affairs where she leads SEIA’s congressional affairs team in their work to influence energy, tax, trade, appropriations and other policies in support of the solar industry.
