Clean Power Finance CEO Elected SEIA Vice Chairman

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) today announced it has elected Nat Kreamer, president and CEO of Clean Power Finance, to serve on SEIA’s board of directors’ executive committee as vice-chairman.

“Nat Kreamer is an excellent addition to SEIA’s executive committee team. He has been a leader in the solar industry for many years, in many capacities,” said Rhone Resch, president and CEO of SEIA. “Nat’s innovative thinking and leadership skills are assets to our board and will help us to continue building a strong solar industry to power America.”

Nat Kreamer is the president and CEO and member of the board of directors of Clean Power Finance. Nat sold the first residential solar power purchase agreement (PPA) in the U.S. in 2007 and helped to create what is today a multi-billion dollar market. Nat was the president and member of the board of directors of Acro Energy Technologies, a residential and commercial solar integration company. He created the Chicago Climate Exchange market-making business for Pioneer Futures. Nat has also worked in power industry financial consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. An officer in the US Navy (Reserves), Nat is an Afghanistan war veteran, where he served in the Special Forces and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He has a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
