Lauryn Gayles serves as the State and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at SEIA. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Earth and Environmental Science and Public Policy Studies, with a focus on Environmental, Resource, and Energy Policy.
Before her current role, Lauryn gained experience as a Sustainability Intern for Metro Nashville Government’s Department of General Services and as a State and Regulatory Affairs Intern at SEIA. She is also an active volunteer with the Citizens’ Climate Lobby.
Driven by a passion for environmental justice, Lauryn is committed to contributing to the ongoing energy transition through her work at SEIA.
