As Congress and the new administration gear up for their first legislative efforts in 2025, they’ve stated that tax and energy proposals are among their top priorities and will be released by the end of the year. While the details of the House Ways and Means Committee proposal and other tax packages are unknown, critical energy incentives passed in 2022 will remain on the table and SEIA is working hard to advocate on behalf of the industry and maintain business certainty.
