As a part of this Renewables Forward-led partnership, SEIA is ready to support its members to drive action for DEI in adopting the Pathway Forward.  

The DEI Pathway Forward provides actionable tools for companies at every stage of DEI maturity, guiding them in creating inclusive workspaces, fostering equitable opportunities, measuring DEI progress, and building sustainable relationships with communities impacted by clean energy development. More than just a checklist, the DEI Pathway Forward is a roadmap that can be integrated into every aspect of your business, and can be used alongside SEIA’s DEIJ Certification Program and Diverse Supplier Database resources.
