SEIA’s popular Solar Tax Manual has been updated to include new provisions of the expanded solar investment tax credit for passed on Oct. 3. Besides interpretation of the legislation, responses to frequently asked questions are included. The 2008 version covers provisions for commercial, residential and utility solar installations.
